Thomas Conaway brings extensive experience in federal government contracting, program management, business development, and operational transformation.
Before founding Azimuth, he served as a principal with Deep Water Point & Associates and held senior leadership positions with Sutherland Government Solutions, Unisys, KPMG Consulting, and KPMG.
He began his professional career as a United States Air Force acquisition officer. That experience helped shape his approach to leadership: understand the mission, take ownership of results, and support the people responsible for execution.
Today, he applies that experience to building Azimuth as a trusted professional services partner for federal agencies and government contractors.
